Lawsuit challenges Minnesota’s election speech code (Updated)

UPDATE – this is how the corrupt DFL legislature operates. This lawsuit is a challenge to the terrible legislation HF3 that will impede our right to free speech (1A), by “talking” about elections prior to an upcoming election, thereby chilling our constitutionally guaranteed right to speak openly about any topic we choose at any time (with common-sense exceptions like falsely yelling FIRE in a crowed movie theatre).   Click here to read the full article by Alpha News.
